Vinguardian recently won the role of Ontario representative for the Vinfinity wine preservation system.
Though in production for several years, Vinfinity is just entering the Canadian market.

Filling a different set of needs than N2Vin line, the Vinfinity system is of U.S.-design and manufacture and preserves through the use of flash-vacuuming rather than gas preservation.

Compare to alternative vacuum-based systems: Vinfinity is robust, designed for commercial-use, built for heavy duty cycles, “always-on” with no “wait for the vacuum to be primed” delays.

The Vinfinity system is a high-capacity system that offers sub-2-second performance when preserving any opened bottle.

The base system price is $4,500 USD – this includes the central vacuum and control system and one vacuum head (or station). Each additional station is $500. Installation is location dependent but will not exceed $500. These items do not include the investment required for shipping and taxes.

Using patented technology, these systems do not have a cabinet to provide ambient temperature control prior to pouring.
Though the hardware is almost invisible to the clientele, the process is impressive in it’s simplicity can easily be shown to those near the bar and clearly demonstrating the establishment’s commitment to quality wine service. Notably, the Vinfinity system will allow the serving staff to pour the just-opened or preserved wine directly from the original bottle

at the table

Absolutely minimal maintenance is required. Easy-to-clean with almost no running costs the system offers the best balance between install-and-forget-it and results – staff love it for it’s ease of use since it doesn’t get in the way of serving the customer!

Call VinGuardian for further information on how N2Vin and Vinfinity systems can work towards the same goal – enhanced customer satisfaction, waste reduction and the potential profit from an expanded wine-by-the-glass program.
